The copies of the title deeds which I was given at The Land Registry Office in Larnaca if suffices for the attorney's office including as was submitted to the ECHR I am not in doubt that the title deeds which were issued from the Larnaca Land Registry Office if served the legal purposes for Attorney Achilleas Demetriades Office and the ECHR will diffidently serve purposes including if looking to claim for any settlement from the IPC (now under Ankara administration) obviously through a competent attorney such as Achilleas Demetriades (located in Nicosia specializing in land and human right matters), I am in possession of an index number which was filed to the ECHR but the recent decision to be making any claim for restitution and or compensation through the IPC, and as I said the claim is to be forwarded to the IPC through Mr. Achilleas's office, I even asked would there be any additional charge , he said no the same fee structure would be which was to the filing the claim to the ECHR, there might be a slight addition charges minimal (I looked into the matters and will only amount to 100 Turkish Liras = $65 US Dollars, certain incidentals and possible only if required for a Turkish Lawyer (but they supply interpreters at the IPC) total extra if required $200-$300 US Dollars from the original agreed amount which was received with a receipt.
