No it's not scam, but relevant to the Jews whilst they where in the wilderness - pig was not the only meat considered unclean during this specific period, rabbit and prawns were also considered unclean.

Thank God that I can now enjoy pork pies, rabbit stifado and prawn cocktail, now where did I leave my sausage roll ... yum!
