The Twilight Saga

Am I the only person in Cyprus totally into this or what? In the UK it is huge but over here no-one seems all that interested. My life without Edward Cullen would be so empty!

Well then I can count you as a firm friend! The casting was perfect - Robert is just Edward to a T!! Sadly I have only seen Twilight, have yet to get the New Moon DVD (waiting to watch it with my 14 year old daugter!) I've only read the first two books and can't wait to buy the next two to get on with the story.

Yes, I also have his picture as my laptop background and I feel he is looking straight into my soul each time I turn it on! (Probably thinking, who is this woman, old enough to be my mother, staring at me!!)

My sister in Perth, WA is also a major fan as is my step sister over there.

Did Robert come over here for the premier in Limassol then? I really wanted to go see him in Leicester Square in London but sadly not possible.

I'm over staying in my house in Limassol at the mo and haven't brought the Twilight DVD with me and I'm having serous withdrawal symptoms - you just wouldn't believe! I've even had to watch the Goblet of Fire just to get my Robert P fix! Sad or What?!!

According to Stephen King, 'Stephanie Meyer can't write worth a darn.'
The movies were ok I guess.

R u joking? Her books are excellent! She is so descriptive, and when you see it on screen those words just come to life! I saw Twilight the movie before I read the book and almost every word I could physically feel! I love Stephen King but I can only say that is a bit of the Green-eyed-Monster coming out there from him. I read the first two books in under a week so that generally tells me (who reads a lot!) that her books must be good.

Oh, and Get Real - get out there, watch the movies, read the books and you'll understand immediately! Edward is lord of the Vampires as far as I am concerned and he can bite me anytime he wants!

This is a message from my son:

Get Real! ... I am warning you to not read any of the "Twilight" books, films or promotions! I am warning you because you are the best Greek on the forum ...|:D

"Twilight" is the biggest exploitation of human minds, ever!

It is just a stupid story about a stupid vampire and his girlfriend, the douchebag vampire then goes to Italy and a werewolf tries hooking up with his girlfriend. This is worse fiction than the Bible!
