Project: Mini-ITX form factor Multimedia Power-PC

An alternative to wasting your money on a stupid €600 mobile phone or a dumb Atom-based mini laptop, is a Mini-ITX Multimedia Power-PC with full-blown High Definition and Surround sound capabilities! A true work of art that doesn’t just blow away your computer, laptop, and mobile/palmtop phones put together, but looks absolutely fantastic!

First we start with a case (enclosure) for REAL MEN!

Travla C299 MINI-ITX Enclosure
Approximate cost: € 115

…but for the ladies we can have a cute:

Western Digital Scorpio Blue 1 TB, SATA 3 Gb/s, 8 MB Cache, 5200 RPM

So there you go! For about €1,000 you can have a POCKET-ROCKET that outperforms everything you’ve got at home put together and looks damn good too!
