we will have a solution when and only when Ankara fucks off.

problem solved.

yeah??? And when do you think Ankara will fuck off,and who is going to make them???Do you really believe if the GCs do not accept a BBF with political equality,Turkey will ever get out???

B25...Wishful thinking is one thing, reality is another...When you accept the role of ENOSIS in Cyprob, and show some empathy and compassion for the plight of the TCs during the 60s and early 70s,and realise that it is unrealistic to expect the TCs to give up their own state without being guaranteed political equality, that will be the beginning of the end of the Turkish presence in Cyprus...Lets get our heads out of the sand before our country is permanently divided between The fanatical Greek Cypriots and Turkey... :(

do you actually believe turkey will ever get out of cyprus?...regardless of any deal turkey is staying put...

as far as enosis/plight of tcs the jury is stiull out on this one bir...

the only losers in the long term will be the tcs...you wanna save your culture, you need to think your future resides with the gcs, anything else is a wet dream...

with that in mind keep on harping about what you want and stop voicing losing our homeland, coz the only homeland you gonna get with your demands is a unitary sttate in the free areas...

you keep on voicing democracy, human rights and rule of law is a minority ploy, well even if we go by your logic does that mean even if we have a bbf does that mean that democracy, human rights and rule of law is gonna be thrown out the door in the northern state?...

save that i am greek bir...

So magnanimous of you to think that we need you and can't live without you. Yeah right, dream on. Friendship is a two way thing and sooner you stop demanding friendship better we'll get on. Your demands will always fall on deaf ears, what?

YES,Turkey will have to get out of Cyprus when a comprehensive solution is found...She has no choice...I am a realist these days,Boomers...I know that for the TCs to accept a BBF with political equality but single sovereinty
they need to trust the majority GCs...For that they need to know that the GCs know and are remorseful about what happened between 1955 and 1974....

The Nothern state will of course be democratic,at least as democratic as the Southern state...The key will be to leave enough room for close cooperation between the communities at the Federal level,to facilitate trust and respect in the long run...After that it will be plain sailing...

For geopolitical reasons Turkey will always have strong interest in Cyprus..It would be silly to deny it..But that interest can be minimised and managed by a strong government in the North, securely established within the EU...After all nobody asked the Greeks to come and settle in Cyprus, did they??? :)

bir what the blacks experienced in the US far outweighs what the tcs experienced in cyprus, but here we are having a black president in the US...all this was achieved with democracy, human rights and rule of law...still today there are forces in the US against these basic human rights...

http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5ghg7gJC6-Ik-vD1CDZfpE2Tn6NkAD9F25MBO0

firstly you say turkey needs to get of cyprus and then you say turkey has strong interests on cyprus...kind of contradicting yourself...

you seemed to be stuck on the 55 to 74...but you seemed to forget the crimes at 74 when 180,000 were forced out of their homes...now you want to keep what you got and on top you want apologies?...are you for real?...

the only way i see out of this impass, is a system that is build on equality but not segregation and an apathied system...political equality does not and should not mean segregation and an apatheid solution...

you want the gcs to trust you, but the tcs to this very day are taking orders from anakara, the latest talat proposals quite clearly show this...

you say turkey is gonna leave cyprus when a solution is found, but here we are turkey dictating the solution...if the tcs haven't got a free a hand in a solution what makes you think the tcs will not be controlled by turkey...

you say you want a strong government in the north, but what happens if and when a directive from the EU comes along the lines barring all trade or anything with turkey...what would the tc position be?...

my way of thinking is turkey to have influence on cyprus she is going about it the wrong the way...she should take a lesson out of japan and buy her influence from trade...but then again this is another story...

yeah noone asked adam if he wanted any offsprings with eve, but here we bir...

Turkey originally rented it to the Brits, so they can't have been that interested, what?

you say turkey is gonna leave cyprus when a solution is found, but here we are turkey dictating the solution...if the tcs haven't got a free a hand in a solution what makes you think the tcs will not be controlled by turkey...

you say you want a strong government in the north, but what happens if and when a directive from the EU comes along the lines barring all trade or anything with turkey...what would the tc position be?...

my way of thinking is turkey to have influence on cyprus she is going about it the wrong the way...she should take a lesson out of japan and buy her influence from trade...but then again this is another story...

yeah noone asked adam if he wanted any offsprings with eve, but here we bir...

Would you Adam and Eve it?
Well of course Turkey has interests in Cyprus on account that it was stolen from her by the Brits. There is two ways to live with your neighbours, nicely or at war. Take you pick you horrible little man.

Turkey originally rented it to the Brits, so they can't have been that interested, what?

Really, so if I rent your house, I can then tell you to piss off too whenever I wish? Interesting concept. You guys are way behind the times. We live with realities, and you lot are head in the sand bum in the air brigade.

as stated previously, Punch or Judy, both are Phucking puppets to Ankara, so makes no difference.

we will have a solution when and only when Ankara fucks off.

problem solved.

bir what the blacks experienced in the US far outweighs what the tcs experienced in cyprus, but here we are having a black president in the US...all this was achieved with democracy, human rights and rule of law...still today there are forces in the US against these basic human rights...

firstly you say turkey needs to get of cyprus and then you say turkey has strong interests on cyprus...kind of contradicting yourself...

you seemed to be stuck on the 55 to 74...but you seemed to forget the crimes at 74 when 180,000 were forced out of their homes...now you want to keep what you got and on top you want apologies?...are you for real?...
