Vote for Talat!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Vote for Talat!

If there is Talat, I will be there too. Because he connects me to Turkey

Are we to assume that our progressive, reunification candidate - whose negotiations with Christofias are now moving "very fast" - will be paying for the settlers' one-way ferry trip from Kyrenia harbour?

Don't know Malapapa ... you and they have a lot in common!

Seems like any Turk represents you, differing only by degrees!

Don't be stupid Malapapa. There is nothing wrong for the TC's and the settlers to seek connection with Turkey. Damn it, we wanted to unite Cyprus with Greece and you have an issue with the special status of connection. It is an election ploy anyway, to get the settlers to vote for Talat, probably on the instructions of Turkey. Talat is our best hope for solution and the problem that I see is that the rejectionists in our side do not want solution because this will elevate the TC's into equal our partners and they will not be just "the headless Turks" as we knew them.

By the way, I like Talat's election slogan "YA DUN YA DUNAN" not sure about the spelling though. I must admit however that the song they play for Eroglu has a catching tune.

Definitely the work of Turkey! As if Talat would ever of dreamed of having that phrase promoting him.... :?

Looks like Talat will definitely be winning then.

There's nothing wrong with having nothing to say unless you insist on saying it.

I dont agree with you, since the connection between Turkey and TC are unnatural and the relationship between TC- Turkey and Settlers - Turkey are completely different. Most of the TC have supported the existence of `TRNC` since it means them money and home (which is another controversial issue) However same majority has always scared of a possible integration because both economic and social reasons. Moreover, since the struggle between social structure of Turkey and TC, the social fears are much more important. There is a really small minority (which is the smallest political group in TCs) which accepts/wants integration. For rest the demand for integration is treason.

As a “peace supporter” Talat is known with his sharp offence against Turkey during pre-presidential period. (Such as sending soldiers and settlers back, accepting a more federal perspective rather than con-federal or independence of bananistan) However, since the presidential period has started, Talat also has started to move and talk exactly same as Denktash. Nothing from Denktash period has changed; it went far worse under the “movement for peace”. Therefore that poster is not that simple, it means many things about both personality of Talat and the proposal of Turkey.

By the way off record. Talat was dancing with settlers today, as a part of his election campaign.... :D

I would advise you of the same regarding your opinions on the ethnicity of the majority of this island!
