Now wouldn't that be something.

the only wet dream in the event of a war between turkey and the rest is that turkey will come out winning... ...idiot

Nobody said anything about Turkey winning, the talk is about Yanks winning at the flick of a switch, like they have in Iraq and Afghanista.

Have you found someone to flick your switch on yet, old chap, what?

how quickly people forget the serbia lesson...and this is fighting soviet weapons...it would be worse for turkey having to depend on US non functiong weapons...it took serbia 3 months, i wouldn't even give turkey 2 weeks...

Lets hope that for the sake of stability in the region none of the scenarios will become reality.
I think that Turkey will challenge the threat from the Islamists and remain a secular society .We do not need a war with thousands of innocents perishing to solve our problem. We need negotiations and we need concessions .

Not immediately. But if there is an arms embargo, then over time most TAF aircraft will be grounded because they would just run out of spares.

The same thing happened to Iran with their F-14s.
