This question does not apply to "Ethnic Cypriots" because they have nothing (further) the Turks can possibly take away. For them integration/assimilation with the Turks, will be seamless.
But for the rest of us, who feel we have some precious historical/ancestral traditions we wish to hold on to, which of these will you miss the most, as you are forced to become (more) Turkish?
Well the question does apply to 'Ethnic Cypriots' as well.
The whole issue of 'Ethnic Cypriotism' is probably a futile attempt to develop a Cypriot Ethnic identifier which encompasses all Cypriots in an attempt to reunify the island and end the partition. If that does not occur, and Cyprus is completely Turkified, 'Ethnic Cypriots' which are also Hellenes, despite their denials, would also have lost a great deal and I would presume that a completely Turkified Cyprus would be too difficult to bear, and that most would either repatriate to Greece, another EU country, USA, Australia and Canada.
Let's just ensure that never happens!
