The victims are Syrian Army soldiers who were killed in the 93rd Brigade army base in Raqqah governorate. The pictures were taken probably on August 9th, 2014.

Responsible for these crimes is the “Islamic State (IS, former ISIS)” which brought the corpses from the base to show them up in public with the goal to spread fear.
