As for the contribution by the well known, and biggest Plonker of the all, GR the psychpath, two fingers up yours plonker.
Both you and STU have to choose your words more carefully. You Milti have to find more balance and stop the headline crap, which would help those you ask to condemn these people easily without feeling they have to choose sides. Let's see your headlines for other atrocities not involving Muslims and we might accept your condemnation here. Your history shows that is not the case.
STU,
I don't know if I loath religion more or agnostics. Probably both equally but have not really put it to the test.
Zan, who on earth is asked to chose sides. The fact of the matter unquestionably is the barbaric attacks by so called islamists. They are a curse to their own faith and to the world in general.
Thus sayeth "Old Lick Arse" [the blind fool] up on his high horse again, blind because he cannot distinguish between one atrocity and another and fool because he actually believes that the Americans are not responsible for the retaliatory actions of those who will not capitulate to Western [so called] diplomatic pressure.
Personally... I can neither condone nor condemn these horrific incidents for a very simple reason, the TRUTH escapes us all and we can only rely upon that which we are informed of [via the media] as a source of information.
What is clearly apparent [in ANY circumstance] is the fact that there is little difference between one innocent death and another, by either side of a conflict. It could even be said that a close engagement [where a suicide bomber takes his own life] is a little more honourable than death by bombs being dropped from high altitude on sleeping civilians miles below the aircraft that dropped them.
That is where we came in isn't it ?, I am sure we have not forgotten the "Shock and Awe" tactics of President Bush & Co which really is the starting point for ALL the Middle Eastern unrest that has ensued since, even though the actions were later condemned as unlawful by those nations which were opposed to the attack upon the people of Iraq [regardless of the pretences that preceded the attack].
I think "Old Lick Arse" may have neglected to secure a copy of the "Sun" in those dark days, or maybe he just bases his opinions on the fact that [as a confirmed Brit and Yankee lover] he regards it as his duty to "Fly their Flag" whether false or not.
