Iran's Supreme Leader has approved co-operation with the US as part of the fight against Islamic State in northern Iraq, sources have told BBC Persian.

Ayatollah Khamenei has authorised his top commander to co-ordinate military operations with the US, Iraqi and Kurdish forces, sources in Tehran say.

I was the first to mention this way before any media reports surfaced.

I have information from sources to suggest that the RAAF actually landed at an Iranian Air Force base to take delivery of a massive consignment of Russian Arms to deliver to the Kurdish Peshmerga. This would have to be the first time any Western Military Aircraft have landed in Iran since the time of the Shah.

I think a sweetheart deal has been made and soon the embargoes will be lifted.

Keep us posted on the inside info, will you, bluey. (Assuming you have red hair!)

Dark brown hair actually my purple ruddy faced old Blightey! My daughter had an operation today. Her anesthetist was Austrian, her surgeon Indian and everyone had an accent. No blueys or purple ruddy faced Blighteys around. Not big consumers of the sun tan lotion if you know what I mean just like myself. Do you know what specialists earn? Try 450,000 to 600,000 AUD or more money than the Prime Minister.

It was pretty obvious to me but not for you.

Only time will tell what is going to happen to the full disclosure of their nuclear program and the embargoes. But I guarantee you, the Iranians are not going to go empty handed.

I am still not 100% convinced it will go that far. Iran is arming Hezbullah and they are another nasty lot.

British Muslim leaders unequivocally condemn Isis, but not our two zombies whose intellectual faculties are on a par.

http://en.ria.ru/analysis/20140905/1926 ... ining.html

"The IS persecution and massacres of Shia Muslims, Christians and Yazidis is abhorrent and opposed to Islamic teachings and the Islamic tolerance displayed by great empires such as the Mughals and Ottomans… IS is a heretical, extremist organization and it is religiously prohibited (haram) to support or join it," read a fatwa on ISIS which has recently been issued by British Muslim leaders "

who is being stupid you old fool. the policy of friendship with your enemy's enemy has been practiced in afghanistan, then iraq and now syria just recently and look at what mess it has caused. most people tend to be wise in old age, in your case you were probably wisest when you were 2 years old. and its been downhill ever since.

in life only fools keep making the same mistake time and time again without learning anything.

If you had an iota of a brain you would know that this thread concerns the savages calling themselves fuckisis and the response they are attracting from so many angles, in your case however this means nothing since you have no brain. Are obsessed with my age by the way stupid because you keep mentioning it.
Now clear off go and blow your self up along with the other clown with whom you concur on these matters.

come now old man, you are showing your age. here you are salivating in the mouth with admiration of america and israel and yet it is these people who helped create the islamic state and hamas. you really are clueless about the subject you are talking about. it is the only explanation according to what you are posting.

You are clearly wrong. There is no evidence at all that America is to blame, but I accept that at times they did not help things. At the end of the day, organisations like ISIS will always rear their ugly head.

They are pure evil, so evil in fact, they have Al Qaeda worried and distancing themselves. They have the Iranians very concerned and as a result, there is renewed cooperation between Iran and the West and this may lead to normalisation of bilateral relations between Iran and the US. This would of course be excellent news for the Iranian People as hopefully the embargoes will be lifted or relaxed. It would also be good news as the prospect of war between Iran and Western countries is also reduced. And in the process, they will deal with ISIS and dispatch them to heaven just like they want.

It's a win win for all concerned!
