End of the road for the Orams

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

End of the road for the Orams

Postby Jerry » Fri Apr 02, 2010 11:06 am

It looks like Orams may lose their UK home too. It will be interesting to see what happens to any pending Orams type litigation as a result of this and the recent ECHR decision.

Palio, how can you accuse a TC who sold his land to the orams as being thief when the ROC hold on to his land in the south.

Tell us YFred. How did the GC land in the north all of a sudden became a TC land, where the TC was entitle to sell it to the Orams as if it was his land, regardless what the situation of his land is in the south. Just tell us how was the TC able to become the legal owner of the GC land that he sold to the Orams.? Just because the RoC has become the guardian of the TCs properties in the south so that they can't be exploited, how does that make the TC owner of the GC's property he sold to the Orams. On what legal basis did the TC became the legal owner of the GC property sold to the Orams. As far as the RoC is concerned, the TC who sold "his" GC property to the Orams, is still the legal owner of his own land in the south.

Really can he sell it then? No? why not if he is the legal owner?

you are so bias, looks like a few new threads need to be started to discuss your idiotic myopic flawed views.

Is this a question of law, or of justice? Shall we make a list of all of the injustices in Cyprus?

That has a lot to do with the political situation and not because he is NOT the legal owner. But you did not answer my question, which was, what made the TC a legal owner of the GC's land he sold to the Orams. If you don't know the answer, then shut the hell up and stop diverting attention from what we are talking about.

Only idiots like you will try and open more threads on me. Where did the last ones get you idiots................nowhere, that's because you don't have an argument, just cheap accusations. Very common for idiots who can't defend their positions.!

So let me ask you, DTA, since you want to lead the "idiots parade" as the Grand Marshall in challenging me with your idiotic post above. How is my post "biased" just because I asked the other idiot, YFred to explain as to what legal rights did the TC had selling "his" GC land to the Orams.? I don't want to hear nonsense bullshit from you for excuses, because excuses are like assholes, that everyone has one. Answer the question if you can, and if you can't, then don't make yourself to be any more idiot than what you already are, just to try to prove something that you can't. It's best you keep your mouth shut. That way you can get away from anyone knowing that you are an idiot.!

After 35 years of waiting for the roc, that's a big yes. But if it makes you feel better view it as a lease arrangement. It's not that different. Hava parasi.

Listen dick head, I did not start the other threads about you, but the overwhelming feeling in them was that you are bias the fact that B25 came to your aid is just sooooooo funny. Does that not tell you anything>>>> you idiot

the answer to your question is this:

The TRNC who he is a member of, gave him the right to do so, of course the TRNC has no legal standing apart from with Turkey.

Now dick head, answer my question:

what legal reason is there that says that he cant sell the land that he has legal ownership of in the ROC?

your answer saying it is political is as pathetic as most of your arguements in fact it is as pathetic as you are.

Your wife cheat on you much.... I am betting she did/does
