Fresh vine leaf help

Normally buy vine leaves in brine pre-soaked , would like to use fresh ones this weekend , any tips would be apprieciated ,(they are to be stuffed)

Pick them, wash them in cold water then soak in boiled salted water for about 10mins or so.

oh if stuffing, don't forget a generous splashing of lemon juice or pref lime juice in the stuffing to give that tangy taste
