Glory and honour to the heroes of EOKA!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby miltiades » Fri Apr 02, 2010 9:12 am

As an old boy , and very much to the point , let me on this Easter Friday politely ask all foreigners to piss off back to their stupid motherlands and allow Cypriots to be their own masters in their own motherland with their own people , the Cypriot people. Want to fly the Turkish rug or the Greek rug then do us a favour take your rugs and shove them up your arses .Clear enough you bloody foreigners.
Have a good Easter !!
In te meantime I'm now going to listen to some Greek songs whilst having my Turkish coffee !!

It was that more convenient for the speaker, as a good actor to begin reciting poems to narrated battles that never lived, to caress the ears of bystanders, referring to past glories.

Indeed, our past was glorious, epic battles, heroes demigods, but the National People's Front (E.LA.M.) understands history as a mentor for the Future.

Fighters,

The Greeks found many times in possession, but always had an advantage that today some dexterous fiercely trying to destroy.
This advantage compared with today, was ethnic cohesion of the people which resulted in the preservation of Greek culture and traditions.

As shown in the passage of time, awareness of history and preservation of traditions have proved more powerful weapon for our people because through the worst conditions, the Greeks find the courage and standards to rebel.

This is realized by the ruler of Nations, Zionism, which even by oral Kissinger said "to enslave the Greeks have to beat their education."

Zeitgeist, the falsification of history and the lies that some people deliberately trying to solidify our children, the bastardefsi of our people by other races are servants of capitalism, the apochafnosi of our youth in various ways.

This morning, though, mostly the youth of the place of sleep, both literally and figuratively, our presence is the statistical error, like a virus in their system, as the only threat to their plans.

As the era of national liberation struggle, so far, few young proudly accept the call of history, defying the propaganda, the alleged subservience and arguments of left and right of his henchmen Federation.

Fighters,

Some say that turning the wheel, we say that we need to turn first to the push.
Become a defendant on one of you Messenger of Truth, raising awareness because the blows that are consanguineous, the same religion, speaking the same language and the omotropon is irreversible.
Soon we will have to defend them, or let them go out forever.

For those eager to discourage you, we want to consider the following: the parties are spending millions in an attempt to buy the consciences of young people, with staged pupil and student parties, their trips to concerts and so on.

Despite this, the only youth who live on the street goes down we, the youth of the National People's Front (E.LA.M.)without sponsors, without lawyers, accountants, businessmen and Masons on our backs.
Only one thing that will never be the ideology of nationalism, that steel our souls, making us defenders of Independence and the People's Justice of our country.

Do not tarnish their name for you have absolutely no idea what these idyllic EOKA Warriors were fighting for.

You should use a dictionary occasionally, so that you might learn the meaning of some of the words you write.

Its heartbreaking really, Greece being an extremely volatile country.
Every day, riots, scandals, fires....
2 years ago 20 percent of Greece went up in flames, Olympic medal winners were caught up in a doping scandal (kenteris/thanou) debacle, 90% of the olympic weightlifting team were tested positive for banned substances, The Greek mobile wiretap scandal, The Siemens bribery scandal, The Greek orthodox church scandals of 2005, The current financial crises... the list goes on and on.
I'm very disappointed to say the least.
Greece doesn't exactly set a great example.

SKI-preo wrote:"Greeks" are not very good at PR, re DTA. I find it interesting that Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots have similar rates of Thalassemia which is a disease recorded since antiquity that is to say before 1571 AD. Anatolian Turks & kalamaraes do not have nearly as much Thalassemia. In the mix, Turkish Cypriots must have native Cypriot Genes. I've at least 5 who had one grand parent of "Greek" cypriot ancestry. I've met some who are Christian have Turkish names and his parents speak better Greek than they do mainland Turkish. I think it is not so clear cut.

Rates of Thalassemia are subject to the environment (e.g. distance from Africa) and this trait is one of those relatively rapidly acquired survival characteristics which is not an accurate reflection of ancestral kinship.

Be careful when you speak about genes and trying to link them to 'race' as there is only one race of humans. We have yet to find another. Genetically we are all the same (that includes the variations such as blue/brown eyes, pigmentation of skin etc). The most you can do is use DNA markers (not genes) to trace migratory patterns and the larger studies which take account of modern demographics do not support the politics of Turkish desires.

We cannot abandon/deny our Hellenistic roots just to assist the Turks' efforts to eliminate all traces of our cultural identity and existence.

I too think you meant 'ideological EOKA warriors' rather than 'idyllic EOKA warriors'.

... far easier to admit to a simple ideological error than continue a lost position no matter how idyllic it might be. :D

miltiades wrote:The struggle was noble . We were a confident nation of people under British rule we looked to Greece as our motherland we did not have anyone else to look up to , our real identity was masked deprived from us , we did not even know that Cyprus had been offered by Britain to Greece and rejected , neither did we know that Turkey had in the 19th century offered Cyprus to Britain , rejected also.
Those days of not knowing who we were have now passed , we are now a proud nation , an independent one and quite capable of standing on our own feet , we do not need perceived motherlands we have one our Cyprus.
Long may the independent Cypriot spirit continue to thrive.
ZHTO H ANEXARTITI KYPROS , H MITERA MAS XORA !

I also join in Miltiades sentiment and say, 'ZHTO H ANEXARTITI KYPROS', long live Independent Cyprus. As a whole we can stand on our own two feet. We do not need any other outsiders' interference.
