Do you - like the illegitimate regime in which you reside - appreciate that you are an outlaw, vaughan?

Please define outlaw as it applies here.

Take your pick...

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/outlaw

1. a. A fugitive from the law, b. A habitual criminal, c. A social outlaw.
2. A person excluded from normal legal protection and rights.
3. A wild or vicious horse or other animal.

So that would make GCs outlaws in the TRNC (definition 2.)
If I can take my pick, can I have 3, please?
Always wanted to be a vicious horse. 8)

For someone who pines for Apartheid South Africa I can appreciate why you'd think the "TRNC's" legal system was normal. And whoever swindled you into buying stolen property certainly took you for an ass. 8)

A few of the women in my life have said I was hung like a donkey. Is that what you mean?

Gasman wrote:
You know full well what these concessions are!

The fact that the RoC is negotiating a solution based on a BBF is a massive concession.

Even though nothing has been agreed until everything has been agreed, the RoC is also negotiating 'rotating Presidency', and has stated that it is willing to allow 50,000 Turkish Settlers to remain on humanitarian grounds.

But, to be fair - those are not concessions MADE - they are concessions being talked about. I think he wants examples of actual concessions made.

Don't be ridiculous Gasman!

They are concessions which the RoC leadership has put forward for discussion, and in return, there have been no other concessions put forward by the occupation regime.

And yes, the RoC has made many tangible concessions as well, which have been implemented.

The RoC has opened the Green Line, workers are free to cross and work in the RoC, obtain free health care, and free education. Even tertiary education is free to all TCs.

TCs, such as Deniz, are also able to claim their property rights through the RoC's Land Registry.

And once again, many more tangible and non tangible concessions have been made by the RoC, whilst the occupation regime have made absolutely none. Even taking down the Flag from Pantathaktilos is an issue for them.

Yes Gasman, we have made many concessions and received none in return.

To be fair, VP is just a fascist partitionist.

"The RoC has opened the Green Line, workers are free to cross and work in the RoC, obtain free health care, and free education. Even tertiary education is free to all TCs."

These are hardly freely made concessions. Most of them are either requirements of the EU, your obligations to TCs who have a right as citizens of Cyprus and your reluctance to charge them for health care, for political reasons, not as a concession.

Really? When did you see the RoC politically capitalise on these concessions? Does Turkey also abide by EU obligations?

I can't say whether the RoC has capitalised or hasn't. We're not talking about that, we're talking about your claims that the RoC made concessions and I'm telling you that they aren't concessions, they're mostly obligations.
What TR does or doesn't do regarding their obligations is neither here nor there. That comes under the "Don't change the subject" category.

The RoC has made concessions towards the TCs and thousands are taking advantage of these concessions. There is no political agenda behind this other than reinforce the fact that we view the TCs as our compatriots, understand that they too are suffering from Turkey's imperialism and consider them as our equals that also have ownership over the RoC.

It's as simple as that!

It is the use of the word concession which can mean something which it is within your power to grant but which is not an automatic right, that I contest.
The TCs have a right to the things which you mention other than the free health care which they should be means tested on, as GCs are. However, your government will not means test them as it would mean a partial acknowledgement, if not recognition, of a TC state by doing so.
You cannot, on the one hand, claim to be the sole legitimate gov of all Cypriots whilst at the same time granting some of them their rights and others only making concessions.

And the GCs should have the right to return back to their homes without the fear of any occupation regime. That, however, is not the case!

Lots of things are "not the case". The case here is that whilst you maintain that RoC is the sole, legitimate gov of Cyprus, your responsibilities and obligations apply towards ALL Cypriots, be they GC or TC or other. Conversely, the TRNC gov makes no such claims and therefore has no obligations to anyone other than its own citizens. This includes the free movement (or lack thereof) by what it considers to be foreigners in its territory.

Do you know that this territory is stolen and does not belong to the "trnc"?

I think you will find that it isn't strictly "stolen" and that it belongs to the TCs who can call it whatever they want.

I think you will find that you are full of shit!

UN RESOLUTION 361 (1974)
http://www.un.int/cyprus/scr353.htm

UN RESOLUTION 541 (1983)
http://www.un.int/cyprus/scr541.htm

Nope. Read both those through and can't see the word "stolen" or anything similar in either of them.
