I wanted to share this with you so you can be careful when going about looking for jobs. Twice i have fallen for this and i'm trying to recover now. People saying "Oh come work for me and you will get paid this and that" or "Come work for me and this will never happen, your job will be this and that" and then changing it after you've hopped on board.

The last incident was someone who said he'd pay up 1000 euros a month WHATEVER HAPPENS (he specifically said "I'll pay up either you do any work or not, it's a risk i'm willing to take) then came down to 500 for 1 and a half month of work plus we went through what i would do as my "job" over and over at least 3 or 4 times because i wanted to be sure we had a deal then he proceeded to ask me to do stuff that were not in the deal we had, so he decided to can me since i wasn't following through.

I couldn't ask for a contract or something, so how do you think i should have gone with this? I trusted him because he seemed fine. Luckily i have recovered kind of fast since i have found a new job but i could be searching for months now like a lot of people.

TL:DR version: Be very very careful who you choose to work for and make some research before joining any type of company.

i work without a contract yet the company pays me 13 months salary a year and i take all the legal holidays and 21 days paid days for my personal holidays, they also pay my social insurance every month and give us holiday bonuses !! oh well, i think im just lucky cause i work with the bestest cypriot ppl ever !

oh and i work 5 days a week ! so i guess it depends on wether you work with honest people or not

Not honest at all. I worked for him for 1 and a half month and after ALOT of hassle he's not gonna pay me one single cent. I have gone everyone i can to make a complaint the Goverment can do nothing since i don't have written proof of me working there...
