Anyway whoever you are if you no longer are a resident of the UK (whatever part of Cyprus your living in) and residing in Cyprus, or any part of the EU for that matter you are no longer allowed to use the EHIC card issued in the UK.
being out of the UK for six months or more no longer entitles you to NHS facilities

Thanks for the link.....thats the card. It is free and as I said the form is very easy, no pages and pages of guff!

We find it useful when going over to our property in the TRNC as we can always pop over to ROC for medical treatment.

You only fill out one form for a family, so not aa problem if you have 4 + kids.

I’ve heard that if a foreign applicant’s address is in the occupied territory they tick a special unmarked flag on the database which is carried forward on all your paperwork thus notifying the medical staff of your status but I’m not sure what effect it has… I didn’t bother to ask! If I see that nurse again I’ll ask.

You can use a British PO Box address or holding address, quite legit and acceptable on application and place of residence does not matter.

Sorry guys this is all perfectly legit, I can live in the TRNC and use the Euro Medical card in the ROC.

Just to keep you all ticking over nicely....

Drive over border each day on an "International School Run" !

And guess what ?

Thats legit too. No problem with the School or Education Authority.

Its really not going that well for you at the moment.

We dont live on "stolen" land and can receive healthcare and education in the ROC quite lawfully.
