Well seems like Greece and Cyprus are pretty similar then. Bearing in mind how much Greece has to fork out to protect EU borders against belligerent neighbours. Prime benefactor, Cyprus!

Woman, what drugs are you on? Cyprus leaves Greece and Turkey for dead in 10 out 14 of those indexes, and that was before Greece’s financial scandals surfaced!

You need to be more selective. Some of those rankings are meaningless!

Cypriots are obviously superior to Greeks and Turks and that’s something you’ve got to come to terms with!

Btw, you’re talking to a 100% Cypriot of ancient Choirokitian descent right now, so I hope you’re standing attention while posting!

Get Real, there can be a lot of "indexes" and the results you show will depend on what you choose.

Some of what you posted is based solely in perceptions of people, such as "Satisfaction with Life" and "Corruption Perceptions". Several other indexes are about how free the market is. A "Free Market" is not necessarily a good thing, as it tells you how capitalistic a country is. I would say that an "average" score in the "Free Market" indexes is better than being at the top of the table.

The important report is the Human Development Index, which measures a lot of factors before it comes to the final score.

We don't often see eye to eye but I have to say what on earth is it that makes Cypriots wanting to a part of these two nations that , as I have said many times before are far inferior to Cyprus .
