There was a whole page on northern Cyprus in Wednesdays Metro as well. They compared the north to the Loch Ness monster....

PIA BELLA is built up on the TC owned land re ......

Owner of the Land was Sabri Tahir ........ your embassy lies in his web page .... it is very easy to search it .... google the location from web and do your own search from yours so called registery office from nicosia and learn the truth ....

Interesting halil. I've stayed in a hotel over there that was apparently only built 25 yrs ago but that's on the list too?

I sort of assumed it must have been 'built on GC land' then but the list quite clearly states 'property or building ownership status - GC'.

I am going over again soon and intend to ask them myself. All their literature claims joint TC/BritTC ownership.

Further - I cannot find this 'list of hotels' on the Embassy of the RoC in UK (London) - most visitors to the TRNC come from the UK.

Any searches I make only find it on the website for Embassy for the RoC in Washington, D.C. US. And it ain't that easy to find on there!

Yes, but underneath, in Hebrew, they've written "bunch of grubby Muzzie shysters".

Wishful thinking? Why can't you just accept it for what it is? I see it as more proof that Turkey is NOT the only country in the world that will have anything to do with them in the North.

Along with the HSBC, Benetton, and many other international companies, the ITV travel programmes promoting holidays over there and all the travel agents in other countries that are arranging holidays over there.

Was that reading it right to left or left to right?
What's the matter with you Mal, TRNC will survive in some form or other no matter what, so why so much aggrevation towards it?
Did you know that such anger can lead to a heart attack.
Take care my friend.
