Britain engaged with Turkey for a settlement

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Britain engaged with Turkey for a settlement

Postby paliometoxo » Wed Mar 24, 2010 8:12 pm

LONDON - Britain is engaged with Turkey in an open, friendly and positive spirit in search of a settlement to the Cyprus problem, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband said.

Milibant was replying to a question by CNA on the manner of the consultations between Britain and Turkey in support of the efforts to bring about a solution to the problem of Cyprus, divided since the 1974 Turkish invasion.

''The spirit of our engagement with Turkey is the same as that of our engagement with all our partners, searching for a Cyprus settlement,'' Miliband said, recalling that Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited London last week.

''It is open, friendly, engaged, positive. Those are the adjectives I would use to describe the way we engage on that issue. And I think it is important that we say that we have that with all our partners,'' he concluded.

Don't expect UK to do anything different without US say so. We are all serving the interests of US, very simple really.

Now we are serving the interest of the usa, when they were manipulating the Gc and Tc to kill each other it was the Gc's fault not the usa's

Yep the two are connected.
TMT killed GCs and TCs and Eoka killed GCs and TCs and they were serving the US interests by alligning Cyprus with Nato after splitting it up into two. Is it really that dificult to understand?
