British MP uncovered as a paid lobbyist of GCs

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

British MP uncovered as a paid lobbyist of GCs

Postby Mr. T » Tue Mar 23, 2010 12:41 am

Following BBC investigations news has just broken that Andrew Dismore, a labour M.P., has regularly taken trips to Cyprus paid for by the R.O.C. and that in return he has raised questions in Parliament blatently as result of enjoying these freebies.
The MP for Hendon, he, perhaps by no coincidence, is one of the MPs who has faced serious allegations already as part of the expenses scandal.

Just one more drip or should it be a deluge of information coming to the attention of the public in the UK of the underhand tricks of the GCs and their corrupt conspitators.

I was wandering when this would come up...

Here's the full report

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8580183.stm

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8572094.stm

I'm in no way excusing the behaviour, but looking at the countries (or over seas territory in the case of Gibraltar) that were mentioned in the report, I can't help but think they were easy targets..

The thread title is pure propoganda spreading.

The report was about British MP'S (Plural) taking holidays (paid for by others unknown) abroad. Cyprus was on the list of destinations and it so happens that A.Dismore was one of the offenders (allegedly).

Your spin on the report just goes to show your desperation in shovelling shit about the GCs. Now F.O.

Seems to be enough info out there to prove the point that MP Dismore has many times been to Cyprus and then tabled motions within the year, nothing wrong in that, except he does,nt always declare the fact that he has recieved hospitality from a foriegn parliament before tabling motions, thats a breach of UK parliamentary rules.

But he has mentioned in an early day motion about the illegal killing of songbirds so I think that deserves a few freebies.

The point is, 'is anyone whiter than white?

You can offer some one a fag and be sued for attempted murder or blatant bribery. This is the world we live in today.

Needless to say NO TC has EVER wined and dined an English politician.
