Wanted, Neoprene material to help arthritic dog

hi all.
i am looking for some neoprene material, 2mm or 3mm it is to make some support pads for an arthritic dog, i just wondered if any scuba divers or watersports people who have an old suit that you no longer need.
in the paphos or polis area please.
