If the 2004 vote had been "Yes", Guzelyurt and Varosha would have returned and thousands of TR troops and settlers would have left by now.

The fact that the Annan plan created aparteid in Cyprus, which belongs to Europe, was a major issue you neglect to mention, also there has not been any sense of goodwill on the part of Turkey, would the troops have been removed?
