Hi, the land is on main asphalt road just outside Asgata going towards Kalavasos. It is still agricultural land and so it is 10% build, but you know how these things are in CY, village is expanding fast. The view, well what can i say bout that, its unobstructed and you can see the whole area around it with great views of all around and the valley. As for water, to tell you the truth im not sure about that as there are some pipes on the land next to it but im not srue where that water comes fom. Electricity must be available as i said is on main road.
