Turkey sued in Cypriot courts

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

1. Both the ECHR and ECJ are rendered useless for Turkey.
2. Turkey doesn’t recognize RoC courts so she’ll never turn up to defend herself!
3. Cases are processed quickly by RoC courts.
4. EU countries must comply with asset freezing/selling

Somebody answer the question what assets that is not defendable by it's own troops?
What if Turkey turns up in court with Mrs Phantom and Ms Napalm for rebuttle.

What a sick-minded individual you are.

It is rather funny though.

Palio you can't take a country to court that does not recognise you. Especially if you had a war with and all you have is a ceasefire and no peace agreement. That would be suicide. I mean that. You just don't know what the turks are like.

You're warning us how sad, mad and bad the Turks are. But, in a reunited island, you insist the Turks having continued intervention rights? And, through the TCs, continued influence over the whole island?

If we shot down 15 of her Super Sabres in 1974 using WWII triple-A, how many Phantoms do you think she’ll have left against Mistrals?

After she flattens your economy and Cities, what difference does it make how many you shoot down. Have you lost all your senses GR?

She needs to fly low to flatten anything and that's when the “fire and forget” S2A Mistral systems with 96% accuracy come into play!

Mate this is a civil action where a plaintiff has a grievance against Turkey, a legal entity,.....the Courts of the Republic aren't going to stop working for Turkey's convenience.

It goes to show how bad your fascisticos are that we should seek such insurance for protection. There is an old turkish proverb. Denize dusen yilana sarilir. When you fall in the sea you will grab the serpant. The irony of it all is that Makarios and the rest of the GC leadership have had this wet dream of throwing TCs in to the sea, but didn't count on the serpant being there.

2007 was the greatest year for Cyprus and the CNG! Governed by our beloved TPaps, and despite enormous obstacles he found a reply to the TAF!

In memory of the great patriot Tasos Papadopulos, I hereby hold a two-minute silence… :(

How long for a Judgment in Default for non-appearance?

Well on 27.10.04 a certain owner of land in Lapithos issued a writ against a certain pair from Bexhill-on-Sea, England... The Orams,... who it seems failed to put in an appearance before the Nicosia Court in the required time. So, Mr A had his Default Judgment within 14 days.

Twelve months later, in October 2005, the Nicosia Judgment was presented to the English High Court for enforcement and the rest we all know about.

Next time round.... No years and years waiting for the English High Court, The English Appeal Court, the ECJ and the English Appeal Court for a second time.
