Turkey sued in Cypriot courts

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

So Bill, how long before the case gets hears and judged?
Do you think 6+ years like the TC cases in the south?

What's your legal opinion on that? You seem to keep dodging that question.

It can't go to ECHR without going through TRNC. What bad luck. When ECJ sends you the the same place, Bill and his mates inc Kicks baby can put their tail between their legs cross over to the TRNC abd begin the proces.

What will be telling is the speed at which it will be dealt with. Let's see how justice is executed depending upon your ethnicity.

The trick is that that Turkey cannot complain at the ECHR because she is not an individual, so once an RoC court orders Turkey’s EU assets be used for compensation (read rental and damages) the rest of the EU must comply! Image

Btw, Turkey cannot take an individual (Shacolas) to the ECJ because he is not a country!

GR have you gone mad. What assets does a government have in a country? All the Turkish Embassies are considered Turkish Land, they cannot be touched. Have you all gone nuts.

Why trouble the GB courts again, bill? They already did Cyprus a good turn over the Orams - and their dithering gave us the prized ECJ ruling, to boot! How about the Spanish courts this time? Just for a change. As Spain holds the EU presidency at the moment. Or the Dutch? The German? What the hell? All three!

Or how about the Greek courts! To really set the cat among the pigeons.
