The gap seems to be narrowing.

The source (a reminder) was my friend from LTR. (London Turkish Radio)

tcs are not the innocent ones either both are guilty tc and gc hard liners had other plans

I wonder which fiction(novel) u are reading Palio :!: show us this credible fiction that we can also read that TC's killed 20000 GC's.......

I bet u have a grandparents too Palio ,did u ever ask them what happened in 1963 in Cyprus....forget about what the novels says.

actually from decktash himself.. he says there was a bomb in the consiers desk in nicosia, the turkish cypriots almost IMMEDIATELY thought the GREEKS (notice he does not say cypriots) had done it. then you see tcs looting our buildings and places and then eoka counter attacks, as decktash says it was not gcs.. so who was it? the bomb fairy?

Rauf Denktash, interviewed on a British television documentary entitled 'Cyprus: Britain's Grim Legacy' in 1984 admitted that the bomb set off in front of the Turkish Information Bureau on June 7 1958 was planted by the TMT with the aim of stirring up intercommunal conflict. Denktash was also interviewed in English on a CyBC documentary about the TMT a couple of years ago. I watched this programme. The interviewer asked him about this and Denktash quite openly admitted that this bomb was the work of the TMT and that the aim was to provoke conflict.

If the US is putting pressure on Turkey to ensure that Talat wins, this in my view is very significant and it means that the Americans want to see a solution. I cannot envisage any solution coming out of talks with Eroğlu.

:?: Solution? We need to define that abused word every time we use it.

I just avoid it altogether because its become meaningless.

To many ifs Palio. If there wasnt Adam and Eve, if the Ottomans let the Venetians convert the whole island, If the Greek speakers did not wish for Enosis; The ifs are endless.

Solution - an event following which the Cyprus problem will be deemed no longer to exist.
