Perhaps the TCs can make unilateral statement on what has been agreed.

It'll be another victory speech like that one Erdogan made after Burgenstock..We managed to get a solution without removing a single soldier or giving an inch of territory.

He only made it so that people without gray cells in their brain would give a loud "no" in a forthcoming referendum ...

PRESIDENT Demetris Christofias yesterday said he would not agree on a joint communiqué with Turkish Cypriot leader Mehmet Ali Talat if it would be considered an intermediate agreement.
“It depends on the contents of a communiqué and its aims,” Christofias said after a meeting with Greek Prime Minister Giorgos Papandreou in Athens.
The president said he had not objection to issuing a joint communiqué unless it would be considered an intermediate deal.
“This does not find us in agreement, because the Cyprus problem is made up of six-seven aspects,” Christofias said
The two sides are currently discussing only one aspect -- governance, he added.
“I must tell you that as regards several of the issues on this aspect we have reached useful and significant agreements,” Christofias said.
The President said that a solution to the Cyprus problem could not be found without taking into account the principles of international law, UN Security Council resolutions and the values of the EU.
Papandreou emphasised the support of the Greek government for the efforts being made by Christofias to solve the Cyprus problem through the talks process and updated the President on the efforts being made by Greece to combat the economic recession it currently finds itself in.
“As always we had a very productive and close co-operation and I had the opportunity to inform him, from our side, of the initiatives we are taking to solve the current situation of the Greek economy, both in the context of the EU and also against the speculators,” said Papandreou.
Christofias emphasised the support of the Cypriot government for Greece within the EU and lamented “The position of Europe against the efforts of the Greek government to combat these problems”.
The two leaders reiterated the nature of the very strong bonds shared between Greece and Cyprus and underlined the support which they have for each others’ efforts. “The problems are shared, the battles are shared and the efforts are shared. The positions of the Greek Prime Minister and the Greek government can be taken for granted and, you will allow me to say, they are perfect,” said Christofias after the meeting.
The two leaders agreed that the Greek Prime Minister would visit Cyprus “soon”, though the exact date is to be announced after Christofias consults with the political parties.
