cypriot citizenship&passport-Who to contact?

I have applied via Cypriot embassy in Australia for citizenship for my 2 kids,it has taken over 1year & no response as yet. After we recieve c'ship then i must apply for passports. This could take years. Could anyone tell me who to contact in NIcosia to speed thing up?

since this post was so long ago I won't write anything unless I hear back from you but I have just managed to get citizenship and am applying for a passport. I'm a new zealander. Let me know if I can help.
