well i use a website http://www.getvideomp3.com then i download .mp4 format then i use a program to convert to mp3
the program i use is http://www.nirmaltv.com/2009/02/23/conv ... -for-free/ its free and its nothing special but it does the job so i am happy with it. im sure there are websites you could probably download it as a mp3 format, and i used to have a program called downloader where i could save the video in any format from 3gp or whatever i wanted but after upograding to windows 7 the program stopped working.
