No mate, don't really think that's what is being said.... actions at the ECHR and now referred to the Summission are individual actions against the Occupying Power, Turkey.

The CarpetBuggers are still open to individual actions for Trespass, starting in the RoC District Courts, and ending in places like the GB courts. The ECHR inadmissibility ruling doesn't make an iota of diff to Orams style actions, which remain the preserve of the real and very effective local remedy....The Courts of the Republic and the Free Movement throughout the EU of their judgments, but limited by what Mr C has said in the past that the number of such actions is limited. Don't think the heat has been taken off the CarpetBuggers, it'll be a matter of taking the appropriate of the two options.
