Why don't you go back home?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Exactly GR!

Greek or Cypriots; one and the same, as you rightly assert! :D

Quit putting words in my mouth you Spartan hooker!

Cypriots are above and beyond ALL races full stop!

Strange how the Genealogical project has the Cypriots as most closely related to today's modern day Greeks! (despite possibly a little contamination from Turks).

No they're NOT! Cypriots are most closely related to Phoenicians (modern day Lebanese)

I think you're an idiot...

So the Greeks came to cyprus before the Hittite empire is that what your saying?

Who cares about the Greeks and their mythologies... Cyprus was always inhabitted by, wait for it.... CYPRIOTS!

Yes I agree I am a Cypriot and so are you, and we both have equal claim be such. But you speak Greek and I speak Turkish - both of those are not the originial languages of cyprus, and both are not the original cultures of cyprus

So what shall we do?

Don’t get your knickers in a twist point Dexter!

I’m an INDIGENOUS Cypriot (none of that Greek pseudo-Cypriot gimmick shit) and you came here uninvited as an Ottoman!

Now 400+ years later, you still haven’t settled down because you still refuse to acknowledge my indigenousness and culture by forever getting me confused with Greek manure that came here later!

Being Cypriot is about acknowledging and embracing the indigenous culture, and not trying to refashion it into something that resembles Anatolia!

You are a original cypriot that choose to take on the greek culture language etc and I am original cypriot that has chosen to take on the Turkish language etc.

Let us both learn a new language or maybe mix the two that know (equally) and call it the Cypriot language what do you think?

You're starting to get on my nerves...

I speak Cypriot not Greek! “Greek” is a LABEL given to MY language when it was PINCHED by Greek scoundrels! And just about everything else Cypriot was pinched by these crooks!

Bruv are you saying that the 'Greek language' started in cyprus? and so did the Greek culture?

I have read the complete opposite, that the Cypriots, both TC and GC are closer to each other genetically then they are to Greeks and Turks.

Can I have a credible link to your assertion please.

I've already posted the recent studies on the forum.

If you are going to bring up that 20 year old trash about some disease then forget it.

Greeks and Cypriots have some 40% similarity to migratory markers. Phoenicians left at best a 7% heritable trait! :D

No problem, I don't dispute any mixing where scientifically validated.

The "Greek culture" is STOLEN Cypriot culture and I've written about this in detail scores of times.

Cyprus was a thriving kingdom WAY before anything Greek or Turkish appeared on the horizon! 8)

Absolute CRAP! Not only have I observed non-Greek DNA reports but it's high time you looked at a map and started using common sense!

But the greeks come after the hittites so would not the language of cyprus be hittitian?
