This is a little confusing... It has communal swimming pool, but large PRIVATE garden. Can you clarify, is it a communal garden, or a private garden only for the private use of that apartment. If its communal then its not private. Also is there more lounge seating than in the photos, looks like that would only seat 3, or 4 at a tight squeeze, so how is it suitable for several individuals? I welcome your reply as I have some people interested, yet dubious about your claims.

first sorry for replying only now. I have been away for a while.
My claim about the garden is totally true. It it part and parcel of my apartment and totally private. Just after my garden is the swimmingpool which is shared by all the tenants living inside the building.
