Applying to the “IPC” is collaboration with the invader!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

You do not get it do you. You want the GC to have NO CHOICE. You would rather he had no OPTION to recieve over 1/2 million sterling but continue to suffer indefinately. You are mad.

As to the value of the plot, comparing it to limasol make no more sense than comparing it to Hong Kong. It is not IN limasol. In fact you have no idea where it is at all or what a fair market price is for it today.

It was mentioned that it was in Nicosia. Surely, land values in Capital Cities of any country would be worth as much as land values along it's coastal regions, except with few exceptions, of course. I do not think Limassol qualifies as being one of those exceptions, do you, Erol.??

Are you serious? if you have a house in newham is it worth the same as a house in mayfair???

why not they are both in london?

You have no idea where exactly the property in question is located, to argue that it does not represent value for money is completely stupid.

you are either extremely stupid or are on a huge wind up?

I think you hit the nail on the head there DTA. He is so stupid. In turkish such people are known as Karacahil - they think they know it all but all they know is fuck all.

You already tried the 'death penalty' when your minsiter of the interior and others was ordering his armed bands of ethnic paramilitary thugs to go around killing innocent TC for no other reason than they were TC and not GC wioth total impunity. It is why we are in this mess today.

Innocent "TCs"? You criminals are trying to take away our island from us. You keep invading our island, keep bringing your settlers here and give to them the land you steal from us ... and then you call them Turkish "Cypriots" And you call yourself innocent??? If it wasn't for the Turks keep invading our island Cyprus wouldn't have any Turks and any problems! Turkish expansionism is the problem of Cyprus. You murderous invading barbarian scum!

You are the stupid one for not understanding Erol's question/ statement, because he is saying that the coastal land prices are worth more than land prices in Capital cities. Obviously they do not, except in very exceptional places along the coast.!

My uncle was doing nothing more than trying to support his family, working as an assistant bank manager. A group or armed ethnic paramilitary thugs of the kind being run out of and by the Interior Minister came to his place of work in braod day light and in front of many witnesses, took him away, murdered him and dumped his body in a well. This was all before Turkish military action in Cyprus.

That you can so blandly label this innocent man, murdered by ethnic thugs working for a senior member of the all GC run 'government' a criminal and barbarian scum and not in fact those that murdered him and gave the orders for such murders says all that needs to be said about you.

Really is that right Erol? because the point I think he was making is that without knowing where EXACTLY the plot was it is just stupid to compare it to anywhere else in the world (hong kong).... or is all of Hong kong by the coast?

Like I said either extremely stupid or on a wind up.

THE PROPERTY issue will be resolved at the negotiating table and not in the courts, President Demetris Christofias said yesterday, commenting on the European Court of Human Rights’ recent decision to recognise the property commission in the occupied north.

Nobody has the right to negotiate someone else his property incl. Christofias/Talat. Court is fine with me.

good luck.

And you killed my uncle and his 15 and a half year old son when they were going to Nicosia. I really don't like to talk about personal cases but you are an asshole for trying to use 1 case to justify the murder of at least 30.000 innocent GCs that you have killed in Cyprus so far!! :( The Turkish expansionism is the problem of Cyprus. Turks keep invading our island keep violating our rights and keep stealing our land giving it to the Turkish settlers that they import to our island! If there was no Turkish expansionism there would be no Turks in Cyprus and no problems.
