Obstructing pavements

So there is to be another campaign to encourage inconsiderate lazy drivers not to abandon vehicles on pavements. I find a screwdriver through the tyres does the trick!

in england when it snowed they used it as an excuse to park badly but i never saw it as bad as we park in cyprus some times they park so they block every one in and its very annoying people stay outside beeping their horns and park up the side walks that leave no room for any one to walk, people just get desperate to park their car any where
