They think they are safe

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

They think they are safe

In one of the links to C44 in the topic below a carpet bagger posted that she thought she was safe since the judgment stated :
"In the light of the many changes some 35 years after the properties were left, it would risk being arbitrary and injudicious for the Court to impose an obligation to effect restitution in all cases – which would result in the forcible eviction and rehousing of many men, women and children – even with the aim of vindicating the rights of victims of violations of the Convention"

The ECHR gives a shit about a carpet bagger's el cheapo exohiko.
It is raining anvils and this is what the protect property speculators are using for umbrellas.

Unleashing the Hounds of Hell ...

Postby Oracle » Sat Mar 06, 2010 5:03 pm

What are they so excited about?

That in the "great" scheme of things the Carpetbagger Brits and other outlaws, are the lowest of the low in the ranks of 'developing' hierarchy?

The hierarchy which decrees that the racially abused GCs forcefully removed from their homes are first and foremost to receive justice, followed by the (few) TCs and then some kindly thoughts may be passed down to (fewer) Settlers; but in the end the 100% of Carpetbaggers who illegally bought the properties of GCs will pay the final price ....

What was it Alistair Darling said this week about "the forces of hell" that had been unleashed against him? Only madness can possibly be making them merry, now! :D
