Nice try but you cannot trespass on something they own because until the IPC rule then ownership is indoubt.

Please don't be deliberately obtuse. If you present original title deeds to the courts you prove ownership and can then sue individuals living on your land for trespass. Apostolides has successfully sued the Orams for trespass but has yet to take posession of his property in the north. According to the ECHR, he must now claim compensation and restitution from the IPC, if he wishes to do so. If he isn't satisfied with what is offered by the IPC he can then go to the ECHR.

Basically and you have to understand is that they are expecting the GC and TC people to sort out the problems themselves now after snapping your big stick.

For the removal of doubt, the ECHR ruling in favour of a local commission to assess property claims is designed to protect displaced people and their families from being forced to move again; ie. TCs who moved north following the war in 1974 and who were rehoused in property belonging to refugees fleeing south from Turkey's army.
