Thanks guys, still cant make my mind what to get. price range 700-900 Euro.

I am think if something goes wrong maybe they will not have this model in Cyprus and it cant be fixed.

I have my eye on the Toshiba A505 there are 3 models to this machine.

I already have a toshiba which I am happy with (5-6 years old)

Any other suggestions for that price range in Cyprus must be at least i5, with web cam 500gb hard drive and 4 gb ram DDR3 and of couse windows 7.

Please help with models/makes including aftersales service... preferable in Larnaca.

Thanks again

any laptop you buy would be in use for you for a couple of years these days... still make sure its a reliable one, Toshiba are well built and i've heard they got good support here. Stay away from ACER. VIAO are also known to have HW problems and lack of support in Cyprus. HP proved to be decent laptops brand also. Dell survived me 4 years so far... but stay away from ACER.

It's not the kind of thing Admin should write about!

(my response was tongue-in-cheek!)
