our tv is hd ready but when you put in hd dvds its ok and when i download movies its better quality then the tv shows, but at least they are slowly moving forward. 2011 july cyprus cuts of analogue also

Well, you see, Cyprus is ahead of the UK. Some areas of the UK, will not go digital till 2012. Good for Cyprus.

Not exactly good for Cyprus. In the UK the government had teams of blokes going round the country installing set top boxes and new aerials (where necessary for pensioners so that they would be ready for the switch off, hence the long changeover.
