What happened to my £57 flight

Postby rigsby » Tue Mar 02, 2010 12:55 pm

Looking to book flights to Larnaca checked out Thomson and ThomasCook around the £350 mark,so I looked at Cyprus Airways from Stansted £57 each way, a result.Mrs Rigsby wants to come to.(she would)So its £114 +£114=£228 wrong=£442 they don,t mention taxes and charges, even charge to pay by debit card.Still cheaper than the other two.I must remember when I buy a new coat does the price include the sleeves

anytime i fly to UK either by BA or CA i never pay more than 300Eur per ticket (return). Where do you find these rediculus prices? Why dont u just use an agent? I use LOVE ISLAND in Limassol

Rigsbys prices are actually cheaper than 300 euro
He was quoted £442 for 2 persons including taxes ( approx 450 euro or 225 euro each)
Its usually cheaper to book direct

Well Iwant to use Stansted as it,s convenient, and I don,t like night or semi night flights so they tend to be dearer but I will take note of the agent you use and try them next time but as you see I,m not all that flexible thanks

I always try CA but there prices are too expensive. I have flown with them a few times and their carriers are nice inside but there prices are too much compared to the other carriers.

I always check http://www.skyscanner.net/ for my flights too.

Business class on Cyprus is miles ahead of Club Europe from BA. Way bigger seats, individual entertainment screens with phone, plug for laptop.....and much much more. (as long as you take the A330 flights)

Credit where credit is due and CA presents a great business class at cheaper prices to the BA crap.
