the Hatays???   Get your facts straight old lady:

The province was annexed from, what was then, the province of Syria (part of the Ottoman Empire) by France after World War I. France became the mandatory power in Syria and Lebanon, with self governed Alexandretta sucumbing to its military control as part of this mandate. Although geographically part of Syria, in 1938, the province declared its independence from French-ruled Syria changing its name to Hatay. This took place despite France's mandatory responsibility to maintain the unity of Syrian lands (article 4 of the mandate). On the 29th June 1939, the parliament of the newly declared Hatay Republic voted to join Turkey.

Let that be a lesson to every idiot that seeks recognition of the"TRNC". As I said many times, the moment "TRNC" is recognized, it will become a turkish province the next day.

Idiot is the one who aims minority status for TCs.

If you are not the majority you are the minority. But a dufus like you cannot understand it!

If you are independent, you are not the minority. Suck it malak.

Watch your language boy. Don't forget you are like a son to me, since I fucked your mama.

Who fucked whom? Weren't you the one fleeing Güzelyurt in 1974 with your tail in your legs? YOU WILL NEVER RETURNNNNNNNN. Suck it malak.

No, the way I remember it, I paid your mama and then left.

Did I piss you off? :D Truth hurts!

You know what O.rospu? I've just realized you have stopped writing about Cyprus Turkish Airlines direct flights from UK to Ercan. Seems like you didn't like what you've read.

My point was made.

What's your point? To prove to the world that Turks not only were capable of genocide, but still are?

Well done! Your mother must be proud ....

This is, personally, just for you!

Who needs a translation? Substitute any one of her posts. They are interchangeable.

As for the US standing in judgment morally on other countries? lol!

Yeah they are your friends Oracle.

Turks enjoy yourselves, the whole nation of America has seen this recently, and they know wht the rest of the world knows minus the Turks.....

I believe the vote will be taken and it will pass both the houses in the US congress. This is one topic that most Democrats and Republicans can agree on, so I believe there is a very strong support for passing this measure in April, just because both the parities need support from the voters for the upcoming mid term elections later this year.! No body wants to be seen as weak on the "Genocide" vote.!

But how will it effect Turkey? What does it really mean?

It will effect Turkeys image, going from bad to worse in many ways, since Turkey does not have the best image in the word to begin with. What it will mean, ids that Turkey officially be known as a nation who has murdered 1.5 million souls. This is hardly an insignificant stain on any country, but it will be specially worse for Turkey, just because it will reinforce the negative image the world has on them already. It will also add further layers of complications for Turkey joining the EU. It is one headache after another with Turkey's past coming back to haunt them. When Turkey's closest allies pokes them in the eye with the Armenian Genocide label, you can imagine nations not so friendly with Turkey would do with such Genocide label attached to Turkey. Germans have managed to put theirs behind them, just because they got defeated in the war and had no choice but to accept their wrong doings, but Turkey will not accept Armenian Genocide to put a closure to it, therefore, Turkey will continue to be haunted by it, which will effect her future in the west for a very long time until she does come to terms with it..

Everybody knows the Turkish Government drafted hundreds of thousands of Armenian males into the unarmed labour battalions. Some survivors of these battalions say that they were worked and starved to death. Others say they were marched out of town where no witness could see or hear..... and then massacred by Turkish troops under the command of Turkish officers. These survivors can only account for the fate of their own units. But what about the other thousands of Armenian males. What was their fate ?

The Armenians say that because the Turkish government never discharged any of these Armenian men from the Army at the end of the World War, they must have met the same fate as the survivors witnessed.

So aussieturk, the Armenians say all of these draftees must have been murdered because they were never seen again. Is that true ? How many Armenians survived the labour battalions ? Of those hundreds of thousands, how many Armenians did the Turkish army discharge at the end of the war ? What's your side of this story ?.

say the Armenians, with no proof.
