I don't know an answer but here are some tips. 1. Have a look at the properties yourself. Don't choose just from photos. 2. Choose a developer that has been around for many years. 3. Search for the specific developers you are considering online. If they have a lot of unsatisfied customers then it will be easy for you to find complaints about them online.

i have just found a new very nice flat at Lakatameia . the developers name ic Haralco developers. I also found a flat in Agios Dometios from Haralco Developers
