Well as I've said before - I know nothing about whatever advice these companies might or might not have taken before setting up over there.

But for sure the Orams verdict will affect future potential overseas business setting up there - just as foreign investors were reluctant to invest in E. Germany after reunification - on account of the thousands of unsettled property cases.

I came across these two old photographs.

Soldier Murat and Skambili, both Lurucadis, a TC and a GC serving under the Brits. Fancy that.

Interesting insight for our Oracle to digest. But then again perhaps some grass is needed with it.
