It is a fact that they are obviously not totally isolated nor shunned by the rest of the world. Lots of big multinational companies have businesses over there.

Well as I've said before - I know nothing about whatever advice these companies might or might not have taken before setting up over there.

But for sure the Orams verdict will affect future potential overseas business setting up there - just as foreign investors were reluctant to invest in E. Germany after reunification - on account of the thousands of unsettled property cases.
