Thrill, isn't revolutionary activity supposed to involve active participation? What you seem to be proposing is an action where people will be away anyway and therefore wouldn't be active on the forum. It's hardly something Lenin or Mao would be proud of...

No plans for a date yet. I suggest next weekend, but anytime next week is fine with me.

Also the demand we have for now is no censorship in the general chat area or the creation of a Free Speech section.

Ι, too, am in (both in the general sense of the word, and the boycott, itself).

I have a suggestion, though.
How about we demand of the Administrator to strip all members of Moderator power and responsibility, return to the prior status quo, and accept a condition on his/her behalf that he/she can instantly ban any forum member that has broken the stated rules without prior notice?
