Good grief? Did you see him on the TV? He looks like something from Night of the Living Dead! Scary.

Not only does he look a bit scary now his dress style is very scary too

The first Mr Milo  worked in oil in Libya for 10 years employed by the Libyan govt. The Colonel was regarded as a dangerous man then in the mid to late 70,s early 80,s my then partner was in a good well paid job and quite enjoyed it but the same leader then as is now, was rumour had it 'addled' by a few chemical substances

Gaddafi sets up his bedouin tent in the grounds of the embassies he visits when travelling abroad ie. in France, once he tried in Central Park but did,nt get permission.

The then Mr Milo was imprisoned for a month when a Libyan ran into the back of him at lights, he was the foriegner so no choice.

But it got tougher after the Police lady got shot outside the Libyan peoples bureau in London, he was in Bengahzi when US fighters bombed Tripoli and Bengahzi taking off from some british bases.

These bombs sent as a warning by the mad Reagan then US president killed mostly civilains but also Gaddafi,s daughter.

My former partner left Libya soon after but always loved the Libyans he worked with and the family he stayed with, then of course the 1988 Lockerbie plane disaster followed which many years later Libya finally apologised for.

So Gaddafi has always been a dangerous man thru his self imposed leadership, now I suspect he is just plain mad.

Hi Milo,

You know, I was so transfixed by his horrible face, I didn't even notice what he was wearing! He looked like a badly made waxwork figure!

I spent four weeks working in Libya. In that brief time, I got the feeling that, even if nobody expressed this openly, the population at large detests this tyrrant. I suspect that one day he will share the fate of Nicolae Ceauşescu.

Very late for such a fate- God has the word now.
