your better off applying directly to the hotels. CTO web site lists all hotels www.visitcyprus.com. I would avoid anything lest than 4 Stars

Also try Pagoda resturant group, Lanitis Group of Restaurants (Carod Mill i think they are called) and the Columbia Group
