Hi,

Have recently arrived in Cyprus and am now looking for a rental in the Ayia Napa area.

Preferably a villa or town house....must have a garden !

Not sure how long I will need to rent right now, but intend making Cyprus my permanent home so it's open for discussion...

Perhaps someone who is waiting to sell could benefit from letting for a while.

Am reliable, responsible and clean !

Would really appreciate any help at all.

we offer beach studio apartments in new condition (i mean right on the beach 15 meters from water) for long term or short for only 430euros a month,that includes water,electricity,taxes etc..
