No seriously. I've probably said this a million times (I am still quoted by close friends, thankfully) .... but owing to my Ministry of Agriculture insider info ... I would firmly advise that you top and tail your carrots and discard accordingly ... due to the overwhelming build-up of toxic by-products!
A deal then...
How about cabbage..?
I love raw cabbage...
NOOOOO!
Not raw cabbage!
It lowers Thyroid activity!
Besides, its Gasmans staple diet; whats good for Gasman cant possibly be good for you.
Yummy, can't beat raw white cabbage, carrots (always topped and tailed), cauliflower, celery etc , with a little salt of course, taste is much better than cooked ... oh not forgetting the old favourite, raw tissy baby, (but that's so difficult to get hold of nowadays.)
Forgive my ignorance, but whats a 'tissy baby'?
I thought he was referring to some youg turkish chicks
