Has there been many writs dished out since the Orams case?

Would be interesting to know the answer to that. I somehow doubt it. The numbers involved if all GCs owning land/property there were to follow suit would result in a backlog of cases to be heard that would probably take decades to deal with.

Basing this on what they say about it would take ten years just to deal with the backlog of people wanting their title deeds in the RoC at the rate they are dealt with presently.

Perhaps it will result in a whole new 'growth industry' for RoC?

Our Beloved National Hero Mr Candounas has a court order, with terms similar to that against the Orams, duly issued against a couple by the name of Weedon, who have a "tenure" in the Occupied Village of Karmi.

This order was issued by the Nicosia courts in 2005. Just needs to be presented to a court in GB for enforcement.

(Also believe nine other similar Nicosia court orders against alleged trespassers in Karmi are also sitting in Mr C's back-pocket)

Yep! It's gorne again! Last thing I read on there was some poor sod complaining he'd been robbed and the powers that be had removed the content of his post but left just about that bit in it lol!
