I think his point is that the German and Japanese are more of a token armed force, yet they manage to survive and prosper. But I may be wrong, is that what you meant Yfred?

Don't listen to buggerlogs, he knows nofinng!. It was in fact the reason why the Japanese and the German economies grew so stron after WW2. They spent very little on arms and still do to this day. It is against there constitution.

DTA, Japan is the world’s BIGGEST manufacturer and exporter of weapons grade plutonium! Even the US buys yellowcake from them, because nobody does it as well and as safe as the Japanese do… they’ve got so much of this shit that they could blow the world to smithereens many times over and all you and I can do is wonder about it all on a stupid forum!
